TOILETRIES ORDER INFORMATION 

HOW TO ORDER - click on Toiletries Order Form phone, post or email your order to us.

ORDER TIME / DELIVERY – goods are made fresh to order and will usually be sent within a few days but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.  If for any reason we are waiting for an ingredient to make up your order  we will notify you of the delay and your account will not be charged until your order is ready.  We do ask for a small 99p contribution towards the cost of post & packaging.  We deliver only to UK mainland addresses. 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – should you not be entirely satisfied with our products please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund.  All products are handmade in small batches - variations may occur.
